Re-read your Block-damage tools
Version 0.11 added an icon for attacks and Combos with increased Block damage. Act 2 Captain values changed, so do not rely on a demo-era hits-to-break count. - 2
Expect variable objectives
The official store advertises changing scenarios and objectives. Use landmarks and objective text from the live run rather than a rigid stage list. - 3
Update the Pikeman counter rule
Pikeman Captain II's counterattack is no longer block-breaking and now requires more hits to trigger. - 4
Prepare for the Banshee stun bar
Damage now contributes more than before, parries contribute less and decay is slower. Build for reliable pressure rather than an old parry-only assumption.
Verified Act 2 Captain changes
Patch 0.11 names the Dagger, Sword and Shield, Polearm, Giant and Rage Master Captains in its Act 2 Health and Block adjustment. It does not publish the resulting numeric table. A current guide can therefore name the affected enemy set without pretending to know an exact universal break count.
